I spent 20 years trading fixed income and equity futures. The edge that kept me in the game wasn't a setup, it was how I managed myself. I coach traders who already know how to trade and still get in their own way. The ones who size up after a win, cut winners short, revenge trade after a loss, or abandon their process when it matters most. If that sounds familiar, I can help. Why do I coach?
After 20 years trading bond futures, I learned that the edge that matters most isn't technical. It's how you manage yourself under pressure. I coach now because I wish someone had helped me understand that earlier in my career. I work with traders and portfolio managers who already have the skill, they just need someone who's been in the chair to help them get out of their own way.
