I currently manage a hedge fund investing across asset classes, and have spent my career across venture capital, consulting and startup operating roles. Over the years, I’ve sat on both sides of the capital table, as a founder, startup CFO, venture investor, and fund manager. I’ve helped raise capital from Pre-Seed through Series A+, built investor pipelines from scratch, and evaluated thousands of opportunities as the one making investment decisions. Across my fund and angel investments, I’ve backed 50+ companies with multiple exits. I also advise founders through 1871, Techstars, Plug and Play, and 500 Global. I don’t coach full-time. I do this alongside my day job because I enjoy working with a small number of motivated people and giving back where I can. I’ve learned a lot by being in the seat myself, and I try to pass along what I’ve picked up from actually doing the work. It keeps things grounded and practical.

Using the Hudson Institute’s Leadership Coaching Model, I have a focused approach to help you assess your leadership strengths, identify barriers to your growth, and navigate your future options in a clear and focused way to get to the career fulfillment you are looking for. I will work to design a unique 3 to 6-month coaching program that results in setting and achieving goals you previously thought were out of reach. Some of the areas I have helped clients with include increasing your leadership confidence, overcoming obstacles to your development, burnout and discovering greater work/life integration, onboarding successfully into a new leadership role, and navigating a major career change with support and guidance.

Hi, I'm Siri (yes, like the iPhone), a Chicago native and the founder of Chitown Tutoring, one of the highest-rated academic coaching and test prep companies in Chicago. With over a decade of experience, I’ve helped more than 500 students build confidence, raise their scores, and take control of their academic futures, especially in high-stakes environments like the SAT, ACT, GRE, and high school entrance exams in Chicago and NYC. I hold a civil engineering degree from Illinois Tech and an MBA from Chicago Booth, receiving full-tuition scholarships from both institutions. As a first-generation / low-income college student, I know what it’s like to face big goals with limited guidance. Hi, I’m Audra! I first tutored in the fourth grade, when the other kids were told to go to me if they had math questions, and then go to the teacher in the (rare) cases I couldn’t help. I loved helping my classmates learn, and I’ve been teaching ever since. While I specialize in standardized tests like the GMAT in GRE, I’ve taught all sorts of things, from Latin to acting to discrete math. I live in NYC but grew up in the desert, in the small town of Pahrump, Nevada. It’s a small, mostly poor, town, and I lived through foreclosure, constant moves, and food insecurity through much of my teenage years. If it wasn’t for many people and institutions helping me along the way, I probably wouldn’t be where I am today, which is something I think about, and am deeply grateful for, often. I went to college in Annapolis, Maryland and taught/tutored in Arizona and Pennsylvania afterward. One day, a friend in New York had a room open up in her apartment and asked if I was interested in taking it. I thought, “Why not? I can try living in New York for a few months.” So I did, and I’m still here, seven years later. I love the energy of the city and that there’s always something to do. There are also fewer scorpions than in Nevada, which is always a plus. I have a masters degree in computer and information technology from UPenn and am always working on a few AI-related projects, whether that’s working on an LLM jailbreaking competition (I placed 13th on my last one!), mentoring high school students on AI research projects, or facilitating discussions on AI safety topics. I have an adorable gray-and-white tuxedo cat named Mitsu who occasionally pops in on video calls. I’m also an actress, writer, and director, and am producing two of my original short plays this summer, one of which, LifeOptimization, is a comedy about where optimizing every aspect of one’s life might lead. I write a lot about technology and how it affects us, not just the bad stuff but also the ways it can make life better. So that’s a little about me! Hi, I’m Juan. I’m from Mar del Plata, Argentina a coastal city with a strong cultural identity and home to one of the world’s A-category film festivals. Growing up here shaped my perspective: I value culture, discipline, and community. Math was always something that came naturally to me, but it wasn’t just talent, it was something I chose to develop. A high school teacher had a big influence on me and showed me how powerful structured thinking can be. At first, I planned to become an accountant, but I realized I was much more drawn to logic and problem-solving than regulations and rules. That decision led me to specialize in mathematics and eventually become a university professor. Outside of academics, I’m deeply driven by entrepreneurship and by teamwork. Football has taught me discipline and how to play a role within a bigger goal. I also love music (I play guitar and used to be in a band) and film. I believe understanding different perspectives makes you a better thinker. That combination of structure, discipline, and creativity defines who I am.

After growing up in Connecticut (USA) I studied theatre and acting at Fairfield University (CT) and the British American Drama Academy in London. I lived in NYC for 10 years, during which time I had many different jobs while pursing my love of the stage. I received my TEFL certificate in Paris in 2011 and since 2013, I have been living in France and tutoring privately and in schools in Manhattan, Paris, and online. I very quickly expanded my tutoring skills to verbal test preparation (GMAT, GRE, EA, SAT, TOEFL, IELTS) and built my experience tutoring reading, writing, literature, and history. I have worked for a variety of companies with students ranging from pre-school to late adult age, with various levels of language and comprehension. In addition to being a tutor, I am an actor, singer, and currently actively pursuing my writing career. I have had several articles published on various travel and teaching websites, have created two personal travel blogs, and have recently written a novel as well as several screenplays. It is my true love of travel and verbal expression that have brought me to this point.
