About Tribeni

Tribeni Chougule is an Inclusive Impact Coach and founder of Kinspace, a coaching and consulting practice that equips individuals and organizations to lead with clarity, courage, and conscience. Her work empowers leaders, especially those underestimated or underrepresented, to reclaim their voice, navigate transition, and drive meaningful change. After a 25-year career in global financial services, technology, and sustainability, including senior leadership roles at Visa, Tribeni made a bold pivot into entrepreneurship. She now helps others do the same: break boundaries, challenge norms, and reimagine leadership as a force for social sustainability and inclusive impact. Her approach blends strategic acumen with behavioural insight and deep lived experience. At Kinspace, she coaches professionals at every level, with a focus on identity-aligned leadership, inclusive impact, and leading through uncertainty. A proud Warwick Business School alumna (Executive MBA, Distinction), Tribeni is currently completing her Master’s in Coaching and Behavioural Change at Henley Business School. Her professional work has earned many accolades including TechWomen100, WeAreTheCity Rising Star, Women in Fintech Powerlist and the Top 100 Asian Stars in UK Tech. She is also the founder of a STEM bursary for girls from disadvantaged backgrounds—a reflection of her commitment to access, equity, and the next generation of boundary-breakers.

Why do I coach?

I got exposure to coaching for the first time in 2014. Since then, coaching has been extremely helpful in developing my self-awareness, navigating several complex challenges (including completing an executive MBA from a top Business school with distinction during Covid), successfully transitioning careers, etc. Having been a long-time mentor, I started utilising coaching tools and techniques with my mentees, which they found valuable and gradually my desire to become a coach solidified. After 25 years in corporate leadership, I now bring my lived experience as a brown, neurodiverse woman across three continents into my coaching. I’ve learned what it means to feel different, and I help professionals and leaders turn that difference into confidence, clarity, and meaningful impact. My approach is empathetic and integrative, removing barriers, sparking self-belief, and guiding sustainable transformation. Too often, I’ve experienced what it feels like to be an outsider as a woman in male-dominated industries, as a migrant balancing motherhood and career, and as someone managing mental health while building success across technology, finance, and sustainability. These experiences fuel my passion for equity, representation, and helping individuals, especially those from marginalised backgrounds, to leverage their unique strengths and reach their potential.
