My qualifications are rooted in the reality of navigating Silicon Valley’s most competitive environments, including 13 years at Google where I served on the Hiring Committee for five years. That experience gave me an insider’s view on exactly what separates a "good" candidate from a "hired" one, allowing me to successfully prepare many individuals for the interview process. In that time, I figured out something most job seekers never do: landing an interview at a dream company has very little to do with luck, and almost everything to do with process.
