I'm an expert in the professional version of hopscotch: I've jumped across industries, sectors, functions, pay grades, cities, countries, and more. There's of course a thread that ties my career arc together - I'd love to tell you about it. But overall, I've followed what's tugged at my heartstrings in the moment, believing that I can continue to weave that thread toward more and more fulfilling and impactful work over time. Lots of lessons learned thus far, but I'd say it's going alright. All of these career pitstops mean I know a good bit about a lot of very different working environments (including consulting, big tech, education, workforce development, childcare, national service, place-based partnerships, philanthropy, and government). And perhaps more importantly, I'm very well-versed in the networking and job search strategies needed to make your next pivot in any direction on the career ladder. I don't take myself too seriously - just trying to bring energy and joy to my career (and life overall) day in and day out. I've reinvented my career more than once, and I'm here to help you do the same. I've gone from liberal arts background --> big tech --> nonprofits --> MBA --> management consulting --> influencer marketing --> VC-backed AI startup. Each pivot came with its own uncertainty, self-doubt, and steep learning curve. And each one taught me something I now bring to my coaching. Over the years, I've noticed a pattern: ambitious people who know something needs to change but feel too scattered, anxious, or overwhelmed to act. They have clarity but no capacity. Or capacity but no clarity. As a certified life coach, yoga and meditation teacher, and energy healing practitioner — with a Dartmouth MBA and over a decade in high-pressure environments — I bring together career clarity work with nervous system regulation and contemplative practice. It's a combination I haven't seen anywhere else, and it's the one I wish I'd had during my own pivots.
