Together, we’ll clarify your long-term goals, identify internships that actually move you toward them, and build a realistic plan for applying with confidence. I’ll support you through every step of the process, from figuring out what to apply for, to crafting strong applications, to navigating interviews and next steps. I’m especially passionate about helping students who don’t already have built-in access, insider knowledge, or a clear roadmap. Internships can be powerful — but only when they’re intentional. Diana's work experience includes serving as an in-house coach to early career employees, high potentials, and new people managers at the National Basketball Association, as well as leading talent development and culture-building at a national nonprofit. An experienced recruiter and interviewing skills coach, her professional journey started as a university career counselor. She is certified as an Associate Diversity Coach, Hogan and MBTI practitioner, and trains on the human experience of change in organizations. She received her BS in Communications and MA in Higher Education from New York University.
