I have worked for over 30 years with hundreds of students and clients seeking to start their career, or to change fields. I work in particular with lawyers seeking to switch fields and careers, and with pre-law students looking to enter the field of law, as well as with law students, and college students in general. I have published two books and many articles on the topic of career change, and finding a job/career. I was an Assistant Dean of a very large multi-campus Pre-law Advising program at a major university for many years. I was also a Director in the Career Services Office of a major law school for several years and have also had my own private career coaching practice. I am also experienced in administering and interpreting several career inventories.

I know firsthand what it’s like to navigate major transitions - both chosen and unexpected. Over the years, I’ve moved from consulting into big tech, shifted from sales operations to product operations, and eventually into product management and co-founding my own company. I’ve also experienced the challenges of burnout, uncertainty, and identity shifts that come with leaving behind one version of yourself to step into another. Having worked in both the USA and Brazil, and studied in France and Singapore, I bring a global perspective that helps me connect with clients from diverse backgrounds who are navigating their own turning points.
