I have never believed in a linear career. I began in consulting, where I learned to think in structured problems and measurable outcomes. I then moved closer to operators, building products inside startups and understanding what it takes to turn ideas into execution. Along the way, I explored public policy, studied psychology to better understand human decision making, run a startup, and spent time inside a VC evaluating founders from the other side of the table.
