After my MBA, I was really interested in breaking into the tech industry under the Business Strategy & Operations umbrella. I didn't know what roles fell into the broad category, and didn't know the best skills to prep for interviews. I help candidates prep for interviews (behavioral, case (both live and take home), and C-Suite calls) and best translate their existing experience into what tech companies want to hear. I can support in end-to-end process, from identifying initial companies, all the way to negotiating a final offer!

I've worked at three SaaS companies (two unicorns) in BizOps / Strategy roles. In my current role running growth strategy at Carta, I manage four teams and over a dozen team members across strategic functions in the business.

I've spent my career at the intersection of strategy and operations — leading GTM strategy at Yext, driving Rokt's $325M Series E to a ~$2B valuation, and running cross-functional strategy and ops as Chief of Staff at Flex. Currently heading up GTM Operations at TLDR Media, where I own revenue operations, pricing strategy, and commercial systems end-to-end. I've sat on the Chicago Booth Admissions Committee, so I understand what top programs are screening for — and how to position yourself credibly. My background is in strategy and I've worked at companies like Accenture and Alterra Mountain Company (Ikon Pass, owner of Deer Valley, Steamboat Springs, etc.). At Accenture, I honed my skills in data and innovation strategy across diverse industries. Then, at Alterra, I focused on driving growth across our portfolio of ski resorts. Currently, as a Growth Launcher at Leland, I am focused on launching and growing new categories.

With degrees from the University of Oxford and Columbia University, I bring a strong academic foundation in business strategy, innovation, and sustainability. As the Head of Programming at the United Nations Global Compact, I work with over 1,000 U.S. companies - including many Fortune 500 firms - helping them advance their sustainability strategies and navigate complex business challenges.
