About Cherizza
I’m a seasoned strategy and operations leader, an 8x Chief of Staff, and most recently, the VP of Strategy and Business Transformation at Stitch Fix, where I led the company’s turnaround strategy. Before that, I was a Strategic Crisis Response Principal in the CEO’s office at Google, guiding the company’s response to major geopolitical and social issues. Earlier in my journey, I worked with Code2040 and the Sandberg Goldberg and Bernthal Family Foundation, focusing on building a more inclusive tech industry. My foundation in leadership was built at Intel, where I grew up in HR and learned what it means to lead with accountability, integrity, and a relentless focus on outcomes. We should all remember that the end of the day, businesses are just groups of people and people are humans with real emotions and experiences. This acknowledgement allows me to approach every interaction as it's own distinct moment that requires me to meet you where you are. It's the approach that built me a successful career and one that brought me to this platform. Today, I’m channeling my energy into what I care about most: helping people build a better world.
Why do I coach?
I coach because I see no reason to keep knowledge and experience to myself. Knowledge is power and I believe that knowledge is to be shared. I've had phenomenal coaches who helped me clarify my career and personal goals, see paths that weren't previously open to me and problem solve through sticky situations. I've learned its better to have other people to bounce ideas off of than try to go it alone. As an eight-time surgery patient, I also know that having support and being accountable to achieve goals is everything. I'm here to help you to be the best version of yourself.
