I've spent 20+ years helping organizations build better operating models, accelerate revenue growth, and turn strategic vision into executable plans. I've worked across Fortune 500 companies and high-growth organizations in pharma, life sciences, CPG, financial services, technology, and professional services. My proprietary CORE® framework has helped clients reduce time-to-market by up to 43%, improve margin performance 20–70%, and increase effective billable rates by 20–30% – deployed across 100+ engagements with companies including AT&T, IBM, American Express, Merck, Pfizer, Campbell Soup, Colgate-Palmolive, and Xerox. I coach business leaders on go-to-market strategy, operating model design, revenue acceleration, new business development, and building scalable systems that don't depend on any one person to function. About Eric
I've spent most of my career doing one thing: finding what everyone in the room is missing – and turning it into the breakthrough nobody saw coming. I led the global launch of Gardasil for Merck. I helped a pharma client cut costs by 9,000% by seeing a problem nobody else had questioned. I walked into a company on my first day to find two partners had just walked out with half the business – and rebuilt it. These weren't lucky breaks. They were the result of learning to see differently. That's what I bring to coaching. I've worked with over 100 Fortune 500 companies – AT&T, IBM, Pfizer, J&J, AstraZeneca, American Express – not as a spectator but as the person in the room helping leadership teams make the calls that mattered. I've also been the founder who had to figure it out alone, the consultant who got it wrong before getting it right, and the coach who learned that the most important breakthroughs rarely come from more information – they come from asking a better question. Today I work with CEOs, founders, and executives who are navigating real pressure – building something new, pivoting something broken, or trying to lead through a moment that feels bigger than they expected. I also help leaders and organizations understand where AI can actually move the needle in their business – not the hype, but the real, practical applications that change how teams work. My approach is direct, honest, and built around you – not a framework or a formula. I'll tell you what I see, challenge what isn't working, and help you find the path you couldn't see before. If that sounds like what you need, I'd love to connect.
Why do I coach?
I coach because I know what it feels like to be the most capable person in the room – and still feel completely alone in the decision. For most of my career I was the outside expert. I'd come in, see what others couldn't, fix what was broken, and move on. I was good at it. But there's a version of that life that's isolating – especially when you're the one running your own business, navigating uncertainty, and expected to have the answers for everyone else while quietly wondering if you have them for yourself. I didn't have a coach early on. I had mentors, I had clients who pushed me, and I had some hard lessons that cost me time and money I didn't have to lose. Looking back, the thing I needed most wasn't more strategy or more information. It was someone who could see me clearly – my blind spots, my patterns, the stories I was telling myself that were slowing me down – and tell me the truth with enough care that I could actually hear it. One of the things I believe most deeply is this: I never fail. Not because everything always works out – it doesn't. But because as long as I'm learning and growing, I don't experience setbacks as failure. I experience them as experiments. My daughter once told me, "Dad, I never see you fail." I smiled and told her the truth – I fail all the time. But I'm always learning, always growing, always trusting my experience, my intuition, my gut. That reframe changed everything for me, and it's one of the most important things I help my clients find for themselves. That's why I coach. I've sat across from CEOs of billion-dollar companies and founders building something from nothing, and the thing that strikes me every time is how similar the internal experience is. The pressure. The doubt that lives right next to the confidence. The gap between who you're performing as and who you actually are. I coach because I believe that gap is where everything important happens – and because I've seen what's possible when someone finally has a thinking partner who's fully in their corner and isn't afraid to tell them what they need to hear.
