About Gwen

I’m Gwen, a President/COO and operator who has led multiple private equity and VC-backed businesses through growth, transformation, and successful exits. My career began in management consulting and private equity, and I later earned my MBA from Stanford, where I deepened my expertise in strategy and leadership. Along the way, I’ve sat on both sides of the table—investor and operator—giving me a unique perspective on what it takes to succeed in high-pressure, high-stakes environments. Outside of work, I’m a mom of three young boys, and balancing family with a demanding executive role has shaped much of my approach to leadership and coaching. I believe in building systems that allow people to thrive without burning out, whether they’re preparing for PE recruiting, stepping into a Chief of Staff role, or navigating the leap into executive leadership. Clients who work with me not only gain insider knowledge and practical playbooks but also a coach who understands the real-life demands of building both a career and a life.

Why do I coach?

I coach because I’ve experienced firsthand the difference the right guidance can make. Throughout my career, from breaking into consulting and private equity to leading PE-backed companies as CEO, I’ve benefitted from bosses, mentors, and coaches who challenged me, opened doors, and accelerated my growth. Those relationships shaped how I lead today. Now I pay it forward. Coaching matters to me because it’s about building confidence, clarity, and long-term career momentum, not just about preparing for an interview or managing the tactics of a role. I know how isolating big career transitions can feel, and I’m committed to giving my clients the kind of support, insight, and practical tools that helped me succeed.
