While I was in school for my degree studies, Chimdi played a great role in my academics as a fellow student. He was ever ready to guide me in any area of difficulties making sure I source the necessary materials, gained good understanding and knowledge of my weak points. He was like a teacher and a mentor. He never fails to give motivational words and encouragement to help me stay focused on my academic goals. At the end I was able to graduate with an excellent result. Chimdi isn’t just a great coach he lives it, he embodies what he teaches which is one of the reasons why I look up to him.

Tom was a huge help in getting me into my top school - Vanderbilt - and earning one of their top scholarships. As a Marine, MBA applications were certainly a new experience for me, but Tom broke things down in a way that made it all feel manageable. Even though he didn’t have a personal tie to Vanderbilt, he asked the right questions and helped me dig into why it was the right place for me - and how to show that in my essays. His edits were sharp, his advice was honest, and he never tried to make my story sound like anyone else’s. Highly recommend working with him. He was extremely diligent in reviewing my resume especially through the lens of military experience. Tom brings care and concern into all aspects of his mentorship and would be a great asset to anyone.

As president of both the Christian fellowship (ASF) and his department (HIR), he excelled in leadership, balancing both roles with remarkable skill. Though I was older, Chimdi’s wisdom and excellent spirit taught me invaluable lessons, and I continue to look up to him. His dedication earned him a well-deserved scholarship for his master’s in the US. I wholeheartedly recommend Chimdi for any endeavor—he is truly exceptional.

Coach Chimdi is an amazing coach. He is someone who puts in his very best to make sure that his mentee(s) grows and achieves success. He listens and then makes necessary corrections and gives awesome advice. He is readily available and makes much sacrifices just for the success of his mentee. He's the man for the job.
