When Jake was a diving officer in the navy, I reached out to him for some guidance in becoming a qualified supervisor and administering a diving program on my boat. Not only was his tutelage essential for my success in the navy, he went the extra mile to facilitate my professional certification for diving. His outstanding performance and devotion to duty reflected credit upon himself and were in keeping with the highest traditions of the United States naval service.
