I have worked with Risa and relied on her mentorship for many years now. She’s an incredible jack-of-all trades, fast, thoughtful, and anyone would be lucky to get time with her for advice, whether it’s specific to a subject matter, or general business strategy and processes (I’ve asked for her advice on both). She’s led huge teams and huge projects, and done so with competence, care, and attention to detail. In particular, she’d be a helpful coach to people in areas like Policy, Safety, and Law, where individuals often have deep subject matter expertise, but have less business operations experience.
