About Cristian

I'm a Berlin-based coach and writer. I come from a non-traditional background, then studied at the University of Oxford and spent ~5 years at McKinsey, where I worked across multiple industries and geographies and was fast-tracked twice. Since leaving consulting in 2021, I've coached ~400 candidates across >1,400 sessions, primarily targeting MBB and other top consulting firms. Alongside coaching, I write literary fiction and have pursued formal training in creative writing. The common thread in my work is helping ambitious people perform under pressure: clarifying what matters, building repeatable practice, and translating ability into results, whether that's an interview, an application, or the page.
