Benjamin has been a great mentor/tutor and was very influential in helping me secure an investment banking summer internship (2022) at Jefferies. He was very supportive throughout the entire application process (from CV preparation, to the 5th and final interview), and constantly gave me invaluable tips, advice and guidance. One thing I particularly liked about working with Benjamin was his genuine desire to see me succeed. He would always tell me “You will get this offer” or “You can do this”, which massively boosted my confidence and belief that I was capable of handling whatever was thrown at me. Additionally, he was exceptional at identifying my weak areas in my interview prep and clearly articulated exactly how I could improve on them. Lastly, Benjamin was extremely resourceful and would send or direct me to a broad array of resources that helped sharpen my skills even during the internship and led to me getting a full-time offer.

Giovanna made a huge difference in my Kellogg application experience. From the start, she was my "go-to" admissions officer because she is responsive, clear, and extremely helpful in understanding every step of the process. She really took the time to help me with my story, prepare for interviews, and put my best foot forward with my application. What really stood out to me throughout the process was her kindness. I never felt like just a number because she listened and genuinely cared about me. She answered all of my questions honestly and introduced me to current students so I could get their perspectives as well. Also, she always remembers people's name and details from their previous conversations! Looking back, applying to Kellogg would have been a lot tougher without Giovanna's support and encouragement. Even after I got in, I had the privilege to keep seeing her at admissions events as a current student representative and to help pass along her great advice. I can’t recommend working with her enough!!

I was introduced to Dan by a mutual friend as I was going through recruiting for McKinsey - as I had studied aerospace engineering in university, I didn't have any prior experience with consulting-style casing. Dan was patient yet focused in helping me understand the basics of casing principles, sharing casebooks / framework illustrations & how he would recommend learning / practicing by myself, and very quickly helped to simulate a live setting to start giving me repetitions and practice. Additionally, he was very accomodating to our time differences and my quick timeline for preparation, willing to do multiple cases in a session, multiple times per week. I'm happy to say that shortly after our prep together, I was able to land a very fitting engineering role for myself, but feel as though the practice for consulting interviews helped in more settings than even just consulting.

Cristian was great and highly encouraging without coddling! He was able to pinpoint weak points that no one else had in my process — once we tackled those, my confidence was unshakeable. Highly recommend working with him.

I have had the opportunity to work closely with Brenda for multiple years prior to applying to dental school. I can confidently say she demonstrates exceptional commitment to mentoring students pursuing a career in dentistry. She understands the dedication and drive necessary to pursuing a career in dentistry, and she showed me everyday what there is to love about the field. I had to privilege to shadow, ask questions, and work hands on alongside her. The dental school application process is not an easy one, but having the right mentors backing you up makes a huge impact. She was able to answer countless questions about different programs and classes in dental school. So much information is thrown at you as a pre-dent, but Brenda helped me make sense of it all. Beyond technical advice, she emphasizes professionalism, clinical decision making, and patient care, all values that are foundational to dentistry and critical for success. I strongly recommend her as a pre-dental mentor and believe she makes a meaningful impact on aspiring dentists.

Erica is both an outstanding writer and a great sounding board. She worked with me as I wrote my essays, providing constructive and thoughtful feedback. Instead of just writing my essays for me, she coached me through rewrite after rewrite. The final product speaks for itself; I am sure I would not have made it into graduate school without her assistance. I will be sure to reach back out to her when I next have need of her skills!

Mam’s coaching helped me gain clarity and confidence through thoughtful questioning and deep listening, enabling me to arrive at practical, self-driven solutions rather than being given prescriptive advice. The sessions were empowering and insightful, as Archana created a safe space that encouraged honest reflection and helped me unlock clarity around my goals and next steps.

I knew of Dave before ever working for him. That alone should be some indication of the level of impact he's had on the individuals who have had the pleasure of working with him. The way people spoke of his leadership, mentorship, and coaching was a large factor in what lead me to the decision to join Dave's team when an opening presented itself. I was so excited in fact, that I uprooted my entire family to move across the country for the opportunity to work with him. My time working with Dave did not disappoint. I grew exponentially on a professional level because of Dave's guidance. He coached me in a way that made me feel as if his years of experience were now my own. I had a vision of the industry that I could have never experienced on my own. Dave provided excellent opportunities to learn on my own because of his expert management of the "long leash" he afforded me. Even when something wouldn't go the way I had intended, he would provide profound insight into the effects my approach and execution had on the situation. Every win was celebrated and every shortcoming was an impactful learning opportunity under his guidance. Dave didn't just help me professionally though. My personal development from my self-view to my relationship with my family and friends also improved. Dave has been a role model for me in that aspect. My only regret was not having more time under his direct leadership, however, even after years since we last worked together, he has remained a strong connection, providing guidance, mentorship, and even friendship to this day.

I worked for Dave for many years during the developmental stages of my career with Ford Motor Company. I didn't know it at the time, but I hit the manager jackpot in regard to personal development and leadership! One of Daves highest priorities as a leader was to develop his people and guide them to success. Countless of Daves former employees have gone on to management positions themselves. Under Daves leadership, I was always encouraged to think outside the box and do what is right. Our team led multiple projects that, not only helped us meet our objectives, but also helped the Service Engineering Operations organization as a whole (IE. WebEx Teams Integration, Technical Support Videos, Remote Technical Training during COVID, Mach-E Social Media Task Force, Field Engineer Boot Camp... Just to name a few!) If there was one person I could pick to have as a career coach, it would be Dave Dodds. I would not be at the professional level I am today without his leadership!

Dave is a consummate professional and is deeply invested in his projects. Moreover, he is invested in the people of those projects. Dave is the kind of leader that would give away all his secrets to make the world a better place, even if that meant he lost that leadership role in the process. It was a pleasure working with Dave and it would be a career changing event for anyone else that does.
