I reported directly to David for several months at Bain, where he was my Senior Manager, and he is definitely one of the best leaders I’ve worked with. He’s exceptionally sharp while remaining down to earth, which makes him easy to talk to and genuinely receptive to whatever it is that you’re trying to figure out in your career. David has a strong ability to understand your background, career stage, strengths, and weaknesses, and translate them into practical advice. His feedback is always thoughtful and specific, with concrete examples that help you make real progress. As a manager and trusted mentor, he consistently pushed me to level up while also acting a personal cheerleader. Anyone would be lucky to have David in their corner, and I highly recommend him as a coach!
