David was my first manager at Bain, and the best manager I worked with during my two years in consulting. Coming in as an advanced degree hire, I initially lacked many of the business skillsets needed to succeed. David noticed my struggles early on and went out of his way to provide extra coaching and support. At the same time, he encouraged me to lean into my strengths to help me become a stronger consultant. I’m genuinely grateful I got to learn from him, and I’d recommend him to anyone.

I found Malay to be a very experienced and patient coach who really helped me navigate the US market and job search process. He spent a lot of time to deeply evaluate my case and develop a roadmap that I could easily follow. He is an excellent coach. Highly recommended!

I have been working together with Niles for years. He is a great sounding board and someone who can help with multiple aspects of a business. 1. He is good with PM work so if you need project management structure with strategic execution, Niles is a dependable person to reach out to. 2. He will help you and/or the company grow since he has a growth mindset. He will put together the right plan step by step and help any team that works with him to achieve their goals. He will be a force multiplier for any team he works with. Also financial modeling, revenue projection, or any excel modeling is second nature for him. 3. He has diverse experiences that require problem solving. It is easy to mention specific software or technology that he has used but the other skill that I have to point out and emphasize for Niles is that he is a key problem solver.

To be a great MBA and case prep coach you need a few core qualities: 1) you have to know your stuff (in business school terms, “Deep Subject-Matter Expertise”) 2) effective and incisive approaches to case and interview preparation 3) the ability to communicate not just the best practices and the “right way,” but actionable feedback that helps candidates highlight their strengths, and 4) the instinct to nudge candidates towards self-sustaining paths to achieve long-term success in business school and consulting. Bhargav generously delivers all the above at an elite level. He coached me through the MBA application process and helped me frame a compelling, cohesive story that resonated with business schools and consulting firms. He has an uncanny ability to ask the right questions, questions that forced me to better articulate the Why behind my decisions and tie everything together. With his guidance, I was accepted to three Top-10 business schools and ultimately matriculated at MIT Sloan. Bhargav also coached me through case prep during my first year internship recruiting cycle. I cased with more than 25 students who had worked or interned at every major consulting firm, and working with Bhargav provided the biggest unlock. He knew his stuff (even using a case he created, the now famous Green Bricks) and pushed me to tell the story of the case without defaulting to the same old hackneyed frameworks. In one session, he even facilitated a collaborative casing discussion with another candidate that helped us both level up. With his support, I received a consulting internship offer for that summer. I can’t recommend Bhargav’s coaching highly enough - it’s insightful, empathetic, and guiding in a way that helps candidates connect the dots, leverage their Whys, and successfully navigate some incredibly competitive processes.

Josh basically lives and breathes coaching and recruiting. That being said, in my opinion, what makes him stand out amongst peers is his specific industry knowledge around the end markets he focuses on. This makes his advice and time priceless, and truly separates him positively. He has coached me through my career and journey 2 times thus far and i would not likely consider anyone else in the future. Highly recommended.
