I came to Joanna about 6 months before my MBB interviews and honestly I think that was the perfect amount of time. She built a development plan for me in our first session and we just stuck to it. Week by week we covered different things, and she was very honest with me about where I was weak. I’m not naturally a structured thinker so the frameworks piece was really hard for me at first. But she has a way of teaching frameworks that doesn’t feel like memorizing templates, it feels like actually learning how to think. Once I nailed the frameworks, the rest of the casing came natural to me. I landed my dream offer at the end - highly recommend!
