I had the privilege of connecting with him through our company’s mentorship program, and the experience has genuinely shaped how I navigate my career. After being confronted with some unexpected changes in work and family life, I met with Rachel to help get some clarity and direction for moving forward in my career. I’m walking evidence of the amazing work that Braden has done. Through his caring and insightful comments, he has changed the trajectory of my career. Coming out of college with a degree in science, it was hard to find my way into the business world. That’s when I was first introduced to Braden and his simple yet powerful approach to interview practice. Every meeting that we had was filled with powerful and transformative moments, but more than anything, he helped me grow as an individual.
