Working with Yaras was one of the most valuable parts of my preparation for a Product Manager II interview at Gap. What stood out immediately was how practical and tailored his coaching was. Instead of generic frameworks, Yaras helped me translate my experience into clear, structured product stories that aligned directly with what the role required, especially around 0→1 launches, marketplace thinking, and cross-functional execution. We spent time refining my core narratives (product launch, marketplace scaling, Go to Market strategy, and execution under ambiguity), and more importantly, he helped me understand how to position those stories depending on the interviewer.
