About Noah
Hi! I broke into JP Morgan’s Private Banking office in Los Angeles from a small state school (Utah State, go Aggies!). There were candidates who applied and competing interns from Ivy League schools, private universities, and other well known schools such as Michigan, USC, UCLA, and others. During my JPM tenure, I’ve taking a primary role in recruiting for our office including sorting through resumes, watching Hirevues, selecting candidates for Superdays, and even selecting the bankers who will conduct the Superday interviews. I’m not a believer that school name matters. Let’s get you in this industry, together!
Why do I coach?
I always knew I had the work ethic to break into a competitive firm, but wondered how I could get the firm to see this as well. I spoke to countless mentors and coaches, who helped me tailor my resume, improve my delivery, and ultimately sell myself to the firms I was interested. With my personal experience recruiting as a student, and now my experience with hiring as a full-time analyst, I feel I’m competitively positioned to help anyone looking for help breaking into this field. Let’s do this, together!
