I met with Alexia to discuss marketing strategy for a new business line I'm working on. She gave helpful framing for some of the issues I'm facing and pushed me to be more data-driven in my efforts. She's great at staying focused on the customer and what will motivate them/meet them in the right place. It seems like she has more experience supporting marketers at big companies with a lot of resources, but she was able to translate some of that to the early-stage company I'm at.

I really enjoyed our session. Great feedback short and sweet also super smart and super valuable. I enjoyed working with him and I plan to work with him long-term as well. Hopefully he decides that as well and then other than that really we went through all the things that I wanted to go through and gave me a free session as well which I appreciate and then plan to invest money in this and keep working along because he knows exactly what he's doing so I really appreciate that. I recently had an excellent coaching session with Breanne where we discussed ways to more effectively use AI in my work as a Data Engineer. Breanne walked me through some step-by-step techniques to debug wrong or misleading AI outputs and demonstrated ways to reduce hallucinations and force the model to avoid guessing, which will be very helpful for my everyday use. She also helped me build reusable prompt patterns for coding and analysis tasks, providing me with a document that I can reuse to streamline my workflow going forward. Her coaching style was clear, fast-paced, and focused on real problems I brought to the session. I will absolutely be using the tips and tricks she showed me in our coaching session, and highly recommend Breanne for AI coaching at any level.
