I don't think any quantity of words would be enough to describe Peter's unwavering propensity for excellence and overachieving. To preface with a little bit of context, Peter was not my first College Coach at his previous company. I had another one, but he was not attentive, not responsive and missed a meeting (last straw) which led Peter to become my replacement. Within a very short timeframe, Peter knew about me, where I was applying, and during our first meeting, we were able to dive right into essay writing. Peter helped brainstorm ideas with me, and our time together was very productive in this regard. Next, after I submitted my drafts, Peter was consistently able to get back to me. Peter always overdelivered. The feedback was excellent, providing proper guidance on change, and the detail of feedback showed how detail-oriented Peter is. Additionally, Peter was always on-time for meetings, and always very communicative, responding to messages within hours. If Peter needed some more time to read an essay or wouldn't be able to attend a meeting due to any reason, he made sure to let me know well in advance. I never had any problems with Peter whatsoever. Finally, Peter possesses a personality that fits any industry. He's kind, personable, thoughtful, and made sure I felt that I was receiving undivided attention from Peter (he always made sure to give me his undivided attention). He is distraction-free, and gets things done. I was ultimately admitted to several top schools such as UT McCombs, WashU Olin, and UW Foster, and in a hypercompetitive cycle, waitlisted from schools such as Carnegie Mellon Tepper, UNC Kenan-Flager, Emory Goizueta, and NYU Stern. Put it this way: If Peter were a pilot, and I had a vacant private jet, I would hire him. If Peter were a CPA and I needed my taxes done, I would hire him. If Peter were a chef and I had vacancies at a restaurant, I would hire him. I would do this in a heartbeat. I trust Peter more than I trust myself. Anybody who does not give Peter a chance is losing out on someone who is kind, disciplined, intelligent, excellent, and nothing short of capable and competent.

He is one of those coaches who do not teach you "frameworks" or "math setup equations". He teaches how to think about these things organically. That is the hardest skill to build but that is also the one skill you need to stand out from the crowd. Cristian can help you stand out from the crowd.

Lucky you if you manage to get time with Bertrand. Brace yourself for accelerated career growth. Bertrand was all those things for me: a manager, a mentor, a coach. With his guidance I honed my craft, and received multiple promotions in the process. I still have a little notebook of Bertrand Lessons Learned to reference to this day. He'll help you not just with product management mechanics, but also leadership and senior stakeholder influence & management. One of his super powers is seeing things others don't--from product insights to career development truths you need to hear. Cristian is a fantastic coach! I had two cycles of sessions with him and my improvements were very obvious. Cristian has a unique way of breaking down the frameworks which I found it to be quite rare from other coaches.
