I had the pleasure of working with Pooja at IBM, where she was my manager and played a meaningful role in my own career development. She combines strong business insight with genuine empathy in a way that is rare and incredibly effective. Pooja has a deep understanding of how organizations and careers truly work — not just in theory, but in practice. As a leader and career coach, she helped me gain clarity on my strengths, navigate professional decisions, and grow in a way that aligned both with business expectations and my personal goals. Working with her was the encouragement I needed to take developmental steps and move forward in a direction that was something I desired, and was at the same time scared of. Her ability to see the big picture, put things into perspective, including sometimes navigating personal lives and needs, is what made me appreciate every conversation we had. She is an exceptional listener, highly perceptive, and deeply invested in helping people grow. What sets her apart is her ability to balance empathy with honesty and action — offering support while also challenging you to think bigger and move forward with purpose. Pooja brings the same insight, care, and effectiveness to everyone she encounters and she remains my (valued) coach even today!

Rasheedah mentored me during my first corporate job at Pfizer, where I transitioned from software engineering to data science. Thanks to her guidance, I didn’t just enter the corporate world, I hit the ground running. More importantly, Rasheedah helped me develop the people skills and empathy that fueled my growth into my current role as a Data Science Manager, now at Mondelēz. I can confidently say anyone exploring their career path has so much to gain from Rasheedah.

Tom helped me prepare for the five-interviews pannel to get a role at Amazon, and he was essential in making it possible. We had a one‑hour session where we simulated an interview with real Amazon questions, and he gave me direct feedback both on the content and on how I presented my answers. I’m very grateful to him and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to anyone going through a similar process. Thanks, Tom!

I cannot recommend David highly enough. From my very first session, it was clear that he brings far more than mastery of GMAT content and strategy—he also has an exceptional passion for teaching and a rare ability to explain complex ideas clearly and effectively. The GMAT is a very different beast from any other exam I’ve taken, and that’s true for most people. Despite typically excelling academically and having worked through every major GMAT prep book, I struggled to break out of the mid-500 range on my own. David quickly and accurately assessed my strengths and weaknesses, then tailored our time and energy into a clear, focused path to improvement. His lessons are engaging and focused on high-yield strategies, with complex concepts broken down into logical, manageable steps. This approach led to a significant score increase— averaging 650 on practice tests and ultimately scoring even higher on the official exam. You do need to trust the process. At times, it may feel like you’re regressing as you break old, comfortable habits that worked for other tests but actually cause GMAT score plateaus. That temporary discomfort is part of real progress. I only wish I had sought David’s expertise sooner—it would have saved me a great deal of time and frustration. No matter where you are in your GMAT journey, David’s guidance is a true game-changer for anyone serious about achieving a top GMAT score.

l've been incredibly fortunate to have had Christina as a mentor during my junior years in credit risk. Her guidance went far beyond day-to-day work and took the time to build my fundamentals and instill a strong sense of judgment and discipline that is essential in risk management. I recall it was the first time we had to built IFRS9 models from scratch and also my first time doing stress test for MAS, and being junior previously, she took her time to patiently guide me. She has a rare ability to explain complex credit concepts in a clear and practical way, while also encouraging independent thinking and accountability. She consistently led by example, demonstrating integrity, rigor, and calm decision-making even under pressure. Much of the professional I am today, in how I assess risk, communicate with stakeholders, and approach problems, is shaped by her mentorship. I'm deeply grateful for her support and would highly recommend them as both a leader and a mentor.

Peter helped me a lot throughout the college admissions process. Specifically, Peter helped me navigate through being defreed and helped me write a letter of continued interest that ultimately led to me getting into the university of Michigan. Peter was also a very calming and reassuring advisor during the tumultuous time that is college admission. Overall Peter not only directly helped with my admissions profile that led me to getting into the University of Michigan but he also helped me remain calm in this incredibly stressful time.

Hailie was an amazing support going into interview season for medical school. She offered key insights into how I could better share my personal story and be my best, authentic self on interview day. I attribute my success during interviews directly to our work together and the feedback she was able to give me through our mock interviews. I could not recommend Hailie enough!!
