Karan is incredibly sharp, thoughtful, and practical in his guidance. His advice on MBA applications, early-career decisions, and especially GMAT prep is grounded in real experience. He explains the GMAT exceptionally well by sharing his own journey and the obstacles he’s overcome, making even complex concepts feel clear and achievable. He has a strong ability to cut through noise, ask the right questions, and offer honest, actionable advice. I’d highly recommend him to anyone preparing for the GMAT or navigating MBA applications and interviews.

Besides being personable, kind, and intelligent, Karan has an extremely unique quality of explaining things in an easy to comprehend manner. From first hand experience, I’ve seen his ability to guide and mentor. He does a phenomenal job teaching rather than telling, I highly vouch for him as a mentor. His skills go beyond his years.

The biggest thing Blake taught me is how to balance people and outcomes. He’s incredibly skilled at reading stakeholders and understanding what each person needs to feel heard and valued, while still keeping the work product sharp and the problem-solving grounded in what’s best for the project. That blend has shaped how I lead and communicate today. His unique perspective and coaching style helped me learn how to serve clients with empathy AND excellence. Blake genuinely cares about the people he serves and coaches (plus he's a fun person with a great sense of humor).

Christina was a key mentor to me at DBS Bank. She coached me on how to apply mathematical theory to real-world financial problems, helped me develop more robust and well-structured code for data and risk models, and taught me how to write clear, professional reports that meet central bank standards. Her mentorship gave me a strong, practical foundation and set me up well for my quantitative risk career.

He has been incredible. Coming from a background where I was the first in my family to go abroad, his guidance played a crucial role in making my LSE dream a reality. From selecting the right course to securing admission, he guided me at every step of the journey. I made it to the LSE only because of him.

Going into the MBA process, I really had no idea what to expect or how to prepare. No one in my family had pursued an NBA so I was really going through that process for the first time if anyone in my community. But then I met Jordan, and she was able to clear up so many things for me and her commitment to my success was something that helped me reach higher accomplishments than I even thought was possible. Because of all her experience, she strikes the balance between being patient and understanding, but also keeps you accountable. She gave me the confidence through practice sessions to really unlock my highest scores for my GMAT, as well as gave critical feedback made my essays and interview prep the best they could be. Because of Jordan, I applied to my four dream schools received full tuition at two of them and ultimately decide to go to Harvard Business School to pursue impact. I could not Moore highly recommend Jordan for all the work that she puts into her clients but more importantly how she helps build your own self-confidence!

I’ve gone to Karan Vir for career and application advice a few times now and it’s always genuinely helpful. He gives clear and actionable feedback, and helps you think strategically without making things complicated. I also appreciate how personal his guidance feels. Since he studied abroad, he actually understands the decisions and transitions from real experience. It makes his advice relatable, grounded, and genuinely useful for things like MBA applications, networking, and early career planning.
