I served on the MBA Admissions Committees at Columbia Business School, where I reviewed applications and interviewed candidates, and later worked as an MBA Admissions Interviewer/Reader at UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School. My extensive background in talent acquisition and recruiting at prestigious firms like Bain has honed my skills in resume coaching and interview preparation. Kerry draws on her expertise as a former Harvard Business School Admissions professional, brand marketer, and MBA in order to position clients to achieve their educational and professional goals. Kerry helps clients identify their strongest selling points and present the most compelling candidacy for their business school applications. Her work covers a range of services: school selection and fit assessment; narrative brainstorming; career goal refinement; essay, resume, recommendation letter, and short answer revisions; interview preparation; career and post-acceptance consultation; and ongoing feedback and guidance throughout the MBA application process. She has extensive experience coaching all kinds of clients, from experienced candidates from a range of industries and backgrounds, to college students applying for deferred admissions (she was one of the original founders of the HBS 2+2 Program). Kerry knows how daunting the MBA admissions journey can be. As her clients’ partner, her aim is to demystify the process, reduce stress, and help guide clients to discover and achieve their full potential.

I coach MBA candidates using a combination of firsthand insight from top business schools and a proven record of admissions outcomes. I am a Wharton MBA and Trailblazer Fellow, and I currently serve as President of the Wharton Graduate Association, representing over 2,000 MBA students and working closely with school leadership. I was also admitted to Harvard Business School, which gives me a direct understanding of how the most selective programs evaluate candidates and differentiate between strong profiles. I’ve coached 60+ MBA applicants, helping candidates gain admission to Top 10 programs, including Wharton, Stanford GSB, Kellogg, Columbia, Haas, Booth, NYU Stern, and Duke Fuqua. Prior to business school, I worked across product, operations, and finance roles at Amazon, Capital One, TD Bank, and high-growth startups, allowing me to coach candidates from nontraditional and international backgrounds with real-world context. My approach is candid and outcome-focused: I help clients understand what truly matters in the admissions process, craft clear and authentic narratives, and approach business school intentionally as both an admissions decision and a long-term career investment.
