Welcome! As an HBS 2+2 admit, I offer my firsthand perspective navigating the application process while a student studying global health / health administration. Deferred programs value 'non-traditional' backgrounds, whether that be academic, professional, or something else entirely. My strength is identifying and crystallizing unique narratives that will be compelling for interview and application reader alike. Prior to matriculation at HBS, I've spent years in other highly competitive fellowship / professional experiences: Fulbright in Taiwan, Bain AC, and Schwarzman Scholar (<3% acceptance rate at the #1 university in Asia). I was accepted to all 3 programs I applied: Harvard Business School, Wharton, and Columbia Business School. I attended Brown University for my undergrad where I studied Economics and Urban Studies. I have a strategic and creative approach to working with teams, and have been a Consultant with retail and consumer goods companies for the past 4+ years at Accenture. I care deeply about mentoring and developing those around me, both at work and in numerous volunteering groups that I'm personally involved with. I’m an HBS MBA (graduated with Distinction) who "swept" the top business schools: I earned admission to Stanford GSB, Wharton (Howard E. Mitchell Fellow), Columbia (Full Tuition), Yale SOM (Full Tuition), Berkeley Haas, and Harvard. I know exactly how to turn a "non-traditional" background into a winning offer. Before HBS, I was a CPA and consultant—not a typical feeder for private equity. Yet, through rigorous positioning and storytelling, I leveraged my MBA to pivot directly into Growth Equity at Summit Partners. I’ve since been featured in Poets & Quants and selected as an inaugural HBS RISE Fellow. My coaching is built on that same level of execution. I have coached 100+ applicants to define their edge, specifically helping career switchers and first-generation candidates punch above their weight class. I don’t just edit essays; I help you build a narrative that connects your personal story (resilience, identity, overcoming adversity) to your professional goals. I have a Bachelor's degree from Cornell University, where I worked with the Dean of Admissions, and a Master's degree from the Stanford Graduate School of Business (with acceptances from Harvard Business School, MIT Sloan, Chicago Booth and others). I excel at crafting holistic applicant stories to ensure every part of your application (essays, letters of recommendation, resume, etc.) add value to your candidacy. Outside of school, I was most recently a Senior Manager/Associate Director at SharkNinja, leading go-to-market strategy and managing a team of senior associates. My main motivation for coaching is getting to know people outside my circles and helping bring talented profiles the light they deserve! I have successfully coached 18 clients, working through the journey of school selection, essay editing and holistic application formation. I successfully gained admission to multiple top MBA programs, including my top choice HBS, and understand what it takes to craft a compelling application at every stage. After going through the MBA application process this last year, I feel that I have a fresh and holistic perspective to share across all areas of the process for multiple Top 25 programs. Much of what I learned through that process has been so beneficial as I've started my first year in Duke's MBA program.

I work with MBA applicants who want a thoughtful partner in what can otherwise feel like a noisy, high-pressure process. Over the last few years, I’ve supported multiple candidates through their MBA applications by helping them slow down, make sense of their stories, and make choices that truly fit who they are and where they want to go. My role is less about “polishing” and more about helping people see their own journeys clearly and articulate them with confidence. I spent five years at Accenture Strategy as a management consultant, working across industries and functions. That experience shaped how I listen, ask questions, and adapt to people from very different professional and cultural backgrounds. Since then, I’ve worked closely with startups and venture capital firms, and recently co-founded Day 2 Studios, where we partner with early-stage founders on product and strategy. Being close to builders and decision-makers has kept me grounded in how careers actually evolve, not just how they look on paper. As a coach, I focus on clarity, honesty, and long-term alignment. I help applicants think through which schools make sense for them, what their applications should really say, and how to show up authentically in essays and interviews. My goal is for candidates to walk away not just with stronger applications, but with a clearer understanding of themselves and their next chapter.

I approached the business school application process with a sense of diversity that mirrored my background and it helped me get accepted to both Harvard and Stanford along the way. I have a strong background in finance (investment banking and private equity) but am also not afraid to leverage my human side: I’m an immigrant from Argentina who lived around the world (including china), I do improv and stand-up comedy, I’m a video game nerd and gym bro and more!
