Hi! My name is Shashank and I'm a product manager with 7 years of experience working in big tech, startups, and consulting. I graduated from Columbia Business School in 2023 and currently work at Amazon Prime Video as a Senior Technical Product Manager. I've picked up some great insights on my product management journey and I'm eager to share them with new and aspiring product managers to help them reach their career goals.

Why do I coach?

Coaching matters deeply to me because I've always had a passion for mentoring and helping others succeed. Throughout my life, I've found immense fulfillment in guiding individuals towards their goals. In business school, as the co-president of the Tech Club, I had the privilege of mentoring 1st-year students, assisting them in securing their dream jobs. Through 'day in the life' and product design case workshops, I witnessed firsthand the transformative power of mentorship and how it can pave the way for individuals to overcome challenges and excel in their chosen fields. This experience reinforced my belief in the value of coaching, and it drives me to continue sharing my knowledge and insights to empower others on their unique journeys of growth and achievement.
