I bring 20+ years of experience with a robust blend of technical, strategic, and leadership expertise to my coaching practice. I hold an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management and got acceptances from another top 10 school. During that time, I remember the rigors of the MBA admissions process. Fortunately, I had a mentor who helped me during that journey and helped me get into the perfect MBA program for me. And with that, i'd like to do the same for future aspiring MBA students. Over the years, beginning with my time as a Neuroscience and Western European Politics double-major at Emory University, I have learned that excellent writing always tells a story. Applying this lesson in practice has paid off. As a Master's student in Neuroscience at Princeton University, I received the most prestigious STEM fellowship available to graduate students in the United States, the NSF-GRFP. Similarly, after spending the next few years working as a consultant at a strategy consulting firm, I am now attending the Wharton School at UPenn as an MBA Moelis Advance Access Fellow. Alongside these successes, I have helped aspiring college and graduate students write impressive resumes, cover letters, CVs, research statements, statements of purpose, personal statements, and fellowship applications. This has, in turn, helped my deserving mentees land their places at several elite colleges and graduate schools. Inspired by their success, I am here to help you achieve the same! Never in my life could I have dreamed about ending up in Stanford. But I did. I went to school in Egypt and didn't have role models who obtained advanced degrees, let alone from the top MBA program in the world. It is not impossible. Welcome to my profile! I have a B.S in Mechanical Engineering from Stanford and a Harvard MBA (class of '23.) My background is a bit non-linear - I work full-time in venture capital, and prior to my MBA I worked across engineering and operations teams in deep tech startups. If you are an engineer or tech person looking to use an MBA pivot to business or escape the engineering silo, I have been in your shoes. I understand the stress of preparing for the GMAT/GRE while juggling school or long hours at a full-time job—I’ve been there myself. I applied to Harvard and Stanford in Round 2 for the Class of 2026 and was waitlisted at both. For me, being waitlisted was even more stressful than rejection.
