Coming from a non-target undergraduate institution and non-target work place I secured admission at MIT and Harvard and know how difficult it is to do so. I can help you tell your story and really stand out. I make things accessible and break them down into bite sized goals to help you put your best foot forward. While in my MBA program I worked at Bridgewater Associates and then had offers from Goldman Sachs TMT SF and Morgan Stanley Tech Investment banking groups. I also won the P.D. Soros Fellowship for New Americans (1% acceptance rate, $90,000) and the Zuckerman Fellowship (full ride at Harvard + Stanford), which helped fund a large part of my graduate degree.

Coming from a technical background, I understand how to form a storyline and appeal to business schools through the resume creation process and answering difficult essay questions while weaving in university experiences and credentials. I have had non-traditional roles for MBA admitted students and I believe that I can help the most for students coming from engineering/computer science/data science looking to pivot into a business background.

MBA is life-changing, but the price tag is something people rarely talk about. When I applied to MBA, I knew one thing very clearly: I could only go if I received significant scholarship support. Through a focused and intentional application strategy, I received two full-tuition MBA scholarships and four 50% scholarships. And I didn’t get there by chance. Along the way, I spoke with 30+ full-scholarship recipients, studied what actually makes schools view an applicant as fundable, and developed a repeatable framework for maximizing scholarship outcomes. Especially for candidates who don’t come from traditional business or consulting backgrounds. I studied chemistry and worked in the pharmaceutical industry before deciding to pivot into consulting through an MBA. I understand how intimidating it can feel to explain a non-traditional path, and how easy it is to undersell your story. My goal is to help you build an authentic personal narrative that still thinks strategically - one that shows schools you are not only admissible, but also fundable and employable. Hello! As a Wharton MBA graduate with honors and a former Admissions Fellow, I have a deep understanding of what top business schools are looking for in applicants. I am a Wharton MBA graduate (with Honors, 2021) and love helping prospective MBA students get into their dream MBA program - a daunting process that can be fun if done with an adequate amount of preparation. While at Wharton, I was an Admissions Fellow, helping run Wharton's (in)famous Team Based Discussions (TBDs) while also serving as a face of the school by running info sessions. Feeling out of your league? I got into America's #1 business school despite having the lowest accepted GRE math score in years. I specialize in helping people from nontraditional professional backgrounds, like myself, apply to elite MBA programs. Prior to attending Stanford's GSB on a full merit scholarship (Knight Hennessy), I had only worked in international development and public service. I felt imposter syndrome about applying to business school: I had no idea what EBITDA was and hadn't used numbers in 10 years.
