I got into Oxford (MSc Financial Economics, Distinction, Dean's List) and HEC Paris (MSc International Finance) in the same cycle with different applications built for different processes. I scored 740 on the GMAT while working in private equity. Since graduating, I've worked across Rothschild healthcare M&A, Kroll DFI valuations, ERM climate strategy, and the City of London Corporation's transition finance program. That career range means I coach applications with a clear view of what actually matters after admission, not just what gets you in. Clients have earned admission to Oxford MFE, HEC Paris MFE, and LBS. I also work with applicants targeting LSE, Cambridge, and Imperial. Most candidates submit essays about leadership and teamwork in the abstract. I help you extract specific proof points from your background and position them for how each programme actually reads applications, because Oxford and HEC are looking for different things, and your application should reflect that.
