About Arman

I am a former Teach For America math teacher and vice principal who went on to become a Project Leader at Boston Consulting Group, where I led engagements across the federal and public sector and social impact practices and conducted dozens of case and fit interviews for consulting candidates. I currently lead AI solutions delivery at C3 AI, where I work at the intersection of strategy, advanced analytics, and large scale operational transformation. My work focuses on designing and delivering enterprise AI solutions for complex, mission critical environments, translating technical capability into executive level decision making, and guiding teams through ambiguity, scale, and change. I hold graduate degrees from Harvard University (MPA, EdM), Dartmouth College (MBA), and the University of Pennsylvania (MCIT). I have served on admissions related boards and interview committees and have been recognized with fellowships including Eisenhower, German Marshall Fund, and Presidential Leadership Scholars. As a coach, I support candidates pursuing top consulting roles, MBAs, and graduate programs with a focus on rigorous structure, clear strategy, and authentic storytelling.
