Why do I coach?

For me, coaching isn't just a profession; it's a deeply personal mission rooted in the belief that everyone holds immense, often untapped, potential. My journey, transitioning from diverse global roles in advertising and sportswear to founding Hunter Global and now advising aspiring leaders, has shown me time and again the profound impact that focused guidance and a supportive external perspective can have. I've been fortunate to work in environments that demanded constant adaptation and innovation. From navigating the complexities of centralizing global content production at American Express to building high-performing teams across continents for rapidly scaling sportswear brands, I’ve faced my fair share of "unprecedented" challenges. There were times when the path wasn't clear, when cultural friction seemed insurmountable, or when I questioned the very next step. It was during these moments that the insights gained from mentors, whether formal or informal, proved invaluable, helping me to reframe problems, build confidence, and ultimately, to make impactful decisions.
