Through targeted strategies and mindset shifts, I was able to raise my LSAT score to a near-perfect range, and I now help others do the same. My approach focuses on helping you to understand how the test works, not just memorizing tactics, so you can see consistent score improvements with confidence. Beyond the LSAT, I help applicants craft compelling, authentic personal statements that stand out regardless of numbers. I also offer resume editing and strategy: I recently received BigLaw offers in New York City before my 1L grades were released, an outcome I strongly attribute to how my resume told a clear and compelling story. I am currently attending Stanford Law School, after having received admission to several other T14 law schools and some very generous scholarships. I deferred law school for a year to obtain a Masters at Oxford University on a full scholarship from Columbia University. I have extensive experience in editing application essays and resumes for mentees and friends, and several of these people have gone on to win prestigious fellowships or gain admission at T5 law schools such as Columbia Law School. I am committed and detail-oriented – key components in crafting compelling law school applications. There's so much information on what a law school applicant should do, it can feel overwhelming. My goal has always been to provide superior information targeted to each student's unique circumstances. No questions are off limits, I make the path simple, comfortable and understanding. We can tackle anything or everything – from the minutiae of getting your recs/transcripts to LSAC to crafting your personal statements. Perhaps the best definition I’ve heard of a law school personal statement is that it’s a chance to tell your story. My goal is to capture a side of you that no one can deny is uniquely you. Law school trains you to be an attorney. But every student, every lawyer, is first and foremost a person – with a story. Your story informs your judgment. As an attorney, you hold tremendous power in society. Showing an admissions committee who you are through your story demonstrates how you’ll use that power responsibly. Our purpose is to tell your story. I believe every person has greatness inside of them and our goal is to show your greatness through your story.

When I first thought of going to law school, I thought it was a terrible idea. Student loans, bad job outcomes, and attorneys’ frequent malaise. But then I did the research. I learned how to crack the code of law school admissions, and understood how to achieve a legal career without breaking the bank. I'll never forget the day I set foot on Harvard Law School's campus. I hadn't gone to a brand-name undergrad. It seemed like everyone else at the admitted students day knew each other; I didn't know anyone. But it didn't matter. You don’t need connections to get into law school; you need strategy. I am a federal clerk and a graduate magna cum laude from Harvard Law School. I also hold a BA from Bard College, and am a PhD student in the Harvard sociology department. I know first-hand how stressful the JD application process is, and how to successfully navigate it. I know what admissions committees look for. And I know how to present your credentials—and build them—the way successful applicants do. As a coach, my approach is bottom-up. If you’re at the beginning of your application process, let's start by assessing your goals, generating a list of programs from there, and then thinking strategically about how to maximize your chances of admission at each program you apply to. If you’re further along, let’s look at your materials and work them into top shape. If you have interviews scheduled, we’ll practice them so you can start off on the right foot with schools you’re interested in.
