As a law school coach with a specialty in supporting first-generation law students, I bring a unique blend of empathy, strategic guidance, and personal commitment to my clients’ success. Having navigated the complexities of legal education myself, I understand firsthand the challenges and uncertainties that often accompany the journey, especially for those who are breaking new ground in their families. I’m passionate about coaching because I believe everyone deserves a dedicated ally in their corner—someone who provides tailored advice, boosts confidence, and brings clarity to each step. My coaching style is warm, approachable, and goal-oriented; I focus on helping clients articulate their aspirations, tackle obstacles, and build practical strategies to excel in their legal careers. I have a degree in English from the University of Cambridge, and I am a former news journalist, relentless reader, avid writer, and Stanford MBA. My first law school client came from a military background. We worked together from the get-go on her Personal Statement, Optional and Diversity Statements, resume, and preparing for interviews. She got into: Harvard, Cornell, Michigan, Vanderbilt, GWU, Syracuse, Boston College and Colorado. She's now at Harvard Law School since Fall 2024! 🏆 I have since helped over a dozen law school applicants from all kinds of background write successful applications for Harvard, Stanford, Cornell, and other top law schools. I'm a recent Yale Law School graduate with extensive writing and editing experience. I've written briefs in federal appeals, served as an editor for the Yale Law Journal, and authored scholarship that is forthcoming in the Yale Law Journal and the University of Pennsylvania Law Review. Before that, I studied political science at Williams College, where I graduated summa cum laude as one of the top four students in my class. I applied to law school straight through from college, and I was admitted to Yale, Stanford, and Harvard. I'm now completing a one-year fellowship in appellate defense before I begin two federal clerkships. Given my background, I'm particularly interested in helping those interested in public-interest law. Growing up as the son of two attorneys, the legal field is something that I have always had exposure to. Whether it was sitting in on mom's client meetings or hearing my dad's law school stories, I felt immersed in various aspects of the legal profession. As a result of their experiences, I have gained immense insight into not only the applicant perspective of law school admissions but also the real-world components that attorneys and admissions seek out in incoming candidates for their programs. In the 2024-2025 law school admissions cycle, I was admitted to 10 law schools, with 9 being a part of the T14 (Harvard, UChicago, and UPenn just to name a few!). Through my experiences of applying to schools and connecting with admissions officers across the country, I have a deeper understanding of key aspects to intertwine into your law school application. I am committed to helping law school become a more accessible option for individuals who feel that it is not attainable which is exactly why I want to help you achieve your dreams!

I'm a Stanford Law School grad working in business operations at an edtech startup. I applied to law school while I was an undergrad studying electrical engineering and was fortunate enough to be admitted to a number of top law schools, including Stanford, Yale, Harvard, and Chicago (where I was offered the Rubenstein scholarship).
