Going to the Air Force Academy was the best decision of my life. Because I went to school there, I earned my master's degree from Harvard (for free), got a job at one of the best places to work (Bain), and even met my wife. After it gave me so much, I wanted to give back to the Academy by serving as an admissions support officer. In this position, I mentored and evaluated 5 applicants, learning exactly what Service Academies look for in potential candidates. The application process is complex and intimidating, but, I'm ready to support you at every step. Service Academies aren't for everyone, but they are truly life-changing. I graduated from Harvard College with a BA in English in 2014. I came from a working-class background and navigated college admissions without the help of guidance counselors and got into elite colleges. I've helped many soon-to-be-college grads do the same. Here's the insight: what colleges want to know is whether or not you are smart, thoughtful, ambitious, and if you'll fit into their school's mold. Those usually sound like: High GPA, High LSAT, and a ton of extracurricular activities that pad your college resume. But not everybody has those items -- and not everyone needs them to get into great schools. That’s where I come in.
