As the Senior Director of Product Management at Highspot, I continue to leverage my expertise in market analysis and team leadership. My journey also includes founding a startup, which provided invaluable lessons in business ownership and resilience. I am passionate about mentoring aspiring product managers (many of whom have gotten promoted) and helping them navigate their career paths.

I'm a Product Leader specializing in AI-native products and revenue platforms. Over the past decade, I've shipped products at Indeed (8 years, global scale) and Housecall Pro, where I led the 0-to-1 launch of an autonomous AI voice/chat agent that scaled to thousands of paying customers and drove a 15+pp lift in conversions. Coaching and mentoring have been part of my career since early on. I was selected as one of 12 global leads for Indeed University, teaching data-driven decision-making and startup thinking to new PMs and engineers. Today I actively mentor PMs on AI-first discovery and product strategy. I don't teach from slides. I've shipped the things I coach. I've also built my own AI product OS, agent frameworks, and teaching systems — which means the frameworks I share are ones I live by.
