My experience sits at the intersection of building products at scale and evaluating the people who build them. I currently lead lending and trading product at Galaxy Digital, and previously led payments platforms at Ripple Labs operating at $10B+ scale with $100M+ in measurable impact. Across roles at BlockFi and Amazon, I’ve built and scaled complex fintech and platform products end-to-end. More recently, I’ve been deeply focused on how AI is changing product management from using AI for productivity, decision-making, and roadmap prioritization, to designing and building AI-first products and experiences. I help candidates understand how to apply AI practically in their work and position themselves for the next wave of product roles. Along the way, I’ve hired and worked closely with product managers at different levels, which gives me a clear view into what actually differentiates candidates in interviews and on the job. I also bring an MBA from Duke Fuqua School of Business (merit scholarship) and experience evaluating startups as a VC scout, so I’m able to help candidates not just get in or get offers, but position themselves for long-term success.
