I'm a technology executive with 17 years of product leadership experience, currently serving as SVP/CPO at Invisible, where I've scaled AI training and evaluation infrastructure for frontier labs including OpenAI and Google DeepMind, and built enterprise AI platforms now at $140M+ ARR. Before that, I led product at Upwork ($500M+ marketplace), Chegg ($300M → $600M+ subscription business), Amazon, and Microsoft — owning $300M+ P&Ls and building and scaling global product organizations at each stage. I coach senior PMs, Directors, and VPs who are navigating the step up to CPO or a first executive product role — the shift in scope, stakeholder management, board-level communication, org design, and how to lead product strategy when the answers aren't obvious. I broke into Senior Technical Product Manager at Amazon with no technical background and no US work experience. I landed multiple Senior PM and Senior Technical PM offers - not through luck, but through preparation and strategy. I spent 3+ years as a Senior Technical PM at Amazon Prime Video Ads, working on some of the most technically complex products at the intersection of streaming and advertising backend technology. Before that, I spent 5+ years at Google, leading key Google Merchant-facing product operations and major advertising partnerships across APAC. I also have experience beyond big tech - including a Series A EdTech startup, athena health (one of the largest healthcare tech companies), and a leading e-commerce company in Taiwan. I coach because I want to be the guide I wish I'd had. I hold an MBA from Wharton, a Master's in Education from Penn, and 125+ hours of professional coaching training.
