With significant and diverse experience in Product Management, Technical Program Management, and Program Management in companies ranging from Seattle's hardware and software startups to Big-Tech Giants like Amazon and Microsoft, Michaela has helped dozens of aspiring PMs strategize, prepare, and land their dream PM roles. Ranging in experience from Product, Technical Program, and Program Management, and with over 100+ hours of private 1:1 PM Coaching, Michaela's vast experience within the world of PM and in PM Coaching enables each and every client to learn the skills and have the support needed to reach their PM goals.

Why do I coach?

As an aspiring PM from a non-target University, I had limited support and access to the knowledge needed to successfully break into the world of Big-Tech Product Management. As I progressed in a variety of PM and PM-adjacent roles in Seattle's technical hardware and software startups, I learned all the skills and positioning needed to have a successful Big-Tech PM recruitment cycle; from resume, to interview prep, to experiential planning and strategy, I can support each and every student in all aspects needed to be successfully recruited into a variety of roles. With experience as a program manager, product manager, and technical program manager, at industry giants like Amazon and Microsoft, I can completely tailor my style to fit your preparation needs. So passionate about supporting aspiring PMs in their recruitment process, I founded a Product Management Association at the University of Washington to support hundreds of students and ensure they had the exposure needed to be successful during, and after, their recruitment process. Having run an independent coaching and tutoring business for three years, and with dozens of PM mentees I regularly support in their PM pursuits, I have the experience, and the proven passion, to help each and every client reach their unique goals.
