I bring five years of Private Equity experience in London at a leading mid-market fund, where I evaluated hundreds of companies and worked on transactions totaling over $1 billion in enterprise value. I was the only woman on the investment team of ~50 professionals and was promoted to Investment Manager within 2.5 years, the first female at my firm to reach that level. I served as a board observer and worked closely with management teams on growth strategy, acquisitions, and operational improvements, from SaaS pricing and go-to-market design to senior hiring. Because I’ve sat on the investor side of the table, I understand exactly how investment committees think, what makes a deal compelling, and why strong candidates sometimes get rejected. As a coach, I help clients translate their background into a clear “investor narrative,” sharpen commercial judgment, and practice real case-style discussions so they can confidently navigate interviews and succeed once on the job. Since then, I’ve helped many applicants navigate the Alpine interview process through mock interviews, strategy sessions, and candid feedback - several have gone on to receive offers from Alpine and other CXO programs. The Alpine and Shore Capital interviews are a unique “deep dive” experience, so please note that I am not the best fit for traditional PE Ops' consulting-style case prep.

I built my career in Private Equity and Investment Banking by being both highly effective and highly trusted—well-liked by my teams and well-respected by leadership. Before PE, I earned offers at Credit Suisse and Jefferies, and in PE I worked across sourcing, diligence, and portfolio support while building a strong relationship with the Head of the division, giving me real insight into how top leaders evaluate talent. As a co-founder of US Hyperbarics, I also built a revenue-generating business from the ground up, demonstrating my entrepreneurial drive and hands-on leadership. As a coach, I bring insider experience and a people-first approach to help you stand out and win in competitive recruiting.

I have significant experience recruiting for jobs in finance, including both private equity associate and hedge fund roles. I also served as an interviewer and mentor for junior employees during my time in finance, so I am well-positioned to help current students or people in other roles make the transition. I began my career in private equity after graduating from Georgetown, joining a multibillion-dollar fund as an investment professional. In addition to my deal work, I was entrusted with interviewing PE analyst candidates and helping determine who would join the firm — experience that gave me a deep, firsthand understanding of the recruiting process and the qualities investment teams prioritize. Combined with a Wharton MBA and a strong foundation in finance and accounting, my coaching is structured, analytical, and aligned with real private equity expectations.
