I bring five years of Private Equity experience in London at a leading mid-market fund, where I evaluated hundreds of companies and worked on transactions totaling over $1 billion in enterprise value. I was the only woman on the investment team of ~50 professionals and was promoted to Investment Manager within 2.5 years, the first female at my firm to reach that level. I served as a board observer and worked closely with management teams on growth strategy, acquisitions, and operational improvements, from SaaS pricing and go-to-market design to senior hiring. Because I’ve sat on the investor side of the table, I understand exactly how investment committees think, what makes a deal compelling, and why strong candidates sometimes get rejected. As a coach, I help clients translate their background into a clear “investor narrative,” sharpen commercial judgment, and practice real case-style discussions so they can confidently navigate interviews and succeed once on the job.
