Welcome to my profile! I began my career in Morgan Stanley’s Consumer & Retail Group in 2018, and then joined TPG in 2021, where I worked across growth and middle market private equity investments. I also worked with TPG’s C-suite to launch TPG NEXT, a GP-stakes fund where I evaluated hundreds of opportunities across asset classes, and was involved in supporting experienced investors in launching and building their own firms. I left in 2025 to pursue my own entrepreneurial journey. During my time at TPG I was involved with associate recruiting, candidate evaluation, case study reviews, and training of new associates and interns. Having seen the industry from multiple angles, I understand how to position yourself strategically to stand out in your interview process and career. With three years as an investor on American Securities’ Investment Team, I bring a comprehensive understanding of the private equity recruiting process, including on-cycle and off-cycle interviews, and navigating headhunter relationships. At American Securities, I was promoted to Senior Associate after my second year and played a pivotal role in the due diligence of new investments and portfolio company management through add-on acquisition due diligence and general strategy support. In addition to my investment experience, I contributed significantly to recruiting efforts, including partnering with third-party organizations like SEO to advance diversity in the industry and directly interviewing / screening investment banking analysts.

I'm a former Bain Capital Private Equity investor and Stanford GSB MBA with experience across buyout and growth investing. Previously a Vice President at SKKY Partners, I've worked closely with founders and senior investors on complex transactions. I've successfully navigated the highly competitive growth equity recruiting process, securing offers at Blackstone, General Atlantic, Norwest Venture Partners, and Lead Edge Capital. Most recently, I worked as an Analyst at Lead Edge Capital, where I focused on sourcing and evaluating investment opportunities. I've coached students who have landed roles at top growth equity and private equity firms, including Blackstone, General Atlantic, and Lead Edge. My specialty is helping candidates break into sourcing-focused growth equity analyst programs. These roles require a different skill set than traditional private equity (less modeling, more market mapping and deal origination), and I know exactly what firms are looking for because I've been on both sides of the process. I led initiatives in procurement, growth strategy, and cross-portfolio synergies. I deepened my transaction experience as an Investment Banker at Guggenheim Securities. Private Equity Investing Associate with previous bulge-bracket Investment Banking Experience. I'm fit to help candidates break into Private Equity because I was an underqualified candidate who used a proactive networking and self-education strategy to stand out in the interview process and ace the technicals. When I quit my Track & Field team to pursue Investment Banking in college, I was already behind my peers' technical prep, recruiting, and club experience.
