I am a Harvard-educated Wharton MBA graduate with more than seven years of industry experience and over three decades of life experience. My roots are in a vibrant, predominantly Haitian community in NYC. Being the first in my family to graduate from college and earn a master's degree, I navigated many of life’s ups and downs with the invaluable support of mentors, friends, and even kind strangers. I am deeply grateful for their guidance. Having worked at prestigious firms like Salesforce, Uber, and Accenture, I have cultivated a rich blend of professional knowledge and personal insight. I am thrilled to leverage this background to help you identify what truly matters to you and to live a life aligned with those values. I’ve navigated multiple reinventions (and I am sure there are more to come!) From being a college athlete, to earning my CPA, working in Big 4 tax, transitioning to consulting, and graduating from Wharton with my MBA my path has been full of twists and turns. But even with all the “right” boxes checked, I found myself constantly questioning what I really wanted. Life coaching helped me set boundaries, reconnect with what I value, and start building a version of success that actually felt like me. I’ve since built practices around wellness, reflection, and goal-setting that help me stay grounded while still growing. I am fully trained in ICF methodology & my coaching is rooted in the philosophy that you can live multiple, diverse lives in one. My career spans tech sales leadership from big tech to scale-ups, but I've built it while working on side projects like a cooking school and surf camp, and picking up new loves like surfskating and dancing. I believe it's always the right time to explore and pivot.

As a Nepal-born, Charlottesville-raised, first-generation limited-income graduate, I’ve spent much of my life navigating spaces where there wasn’t always a clear path forward. From adapting to new cultures, to overcoming financial and academic barriers, to finding belonging in environments where I was often the “first” or “only,” I’ve built resilience and perspective that I now bring into my coaching. These experiences allow me to connect deeply with clients who are facing transitions, uncertainty, or self-doubt, and to help them move forward with clarity and confidence. Beyond my own journey, I’ve supported hundreds of students and peers as a mentor, teacher, and program founder. Whether through leading volunteer initiatives, coaching students one-on-one, or building scholarship and community programs for first-generation and limited-income students, I’ve learned how to listen deeply, ask the right questions, and guide others toward meaningful change.
