About Giselle

Hi, I’m Giselle. I’m Brazilian, but I moved to the USA when I was 19 and spent the next 10 years there, living in Indiana, Chicago, San Francisco, and New York. I also studied abroad in Italy, and later completed my MBA at INSEAD, splitting my time between Singapore and France. Having lived, studied, and worked across the US, Europe, and South America, I bring a global perspective to both life and work, and I love supporting people navigating international moves and cultural transitions. Professionally, I started my career in Technology & Strategy consulting, working on big data and machine learning projects in healthcare. Later, I specialized in innovation consulting, helping clients adapt to disruptive technologies. I then spent 4 years at Google Cloud in roles spanning Sales Operations, Product Launch, and M&A. After my MBA at INSEAD, I transitioned into Product, first at VTEX (a leading e-commerce SaaS platform in South America) and later as Head of Product at Zippi (a post-Series A fintech startup). In 2023, I stepped away to take a sabbatical, spending 6 months traveling across Asia and the Middle East. That break became a turning point: I realized that beyond building products, what I truly loved was helping people unlock clarity, purpose, and growth. Over the years, I had mentored dozens of colleagues, MBA peers, and students, but now I decided to dedicate myself more intentionally to coaching. I’m now in my 2nd year of the Aletheia Coaching program, and studying Somatic Experiencing to bring body and nervous system awareness into the process. I’m also a certified yoga teacher and longtime student of Buddhism and mindfulness, which I weave into my work when clients are open to it. Over the past 18 months, I’ve been an entrepreneur in the mental health space, building tools to support people navigating burnout and personal growth. But more than the credentials, my biggest teacher has been my own path - burning out twice, rebuilding, and shifting from living in my head and chasing external validation to connecting with my emotions, fears, and desires. That’s what allows me to support others not just in making strategic moves, but in creating lives and careers that feel truly their own.
