Three years into coaching, I can honestly say, guiding individuals through their journeys has been the most fulfilling role I could ask for. I believe we all have the capacity to navigate through challenging times. But sometimes we need a sounding board to help guide us. That's my philosophy, and it's one that has proven itself to be true. I'll help you identify where you want to be and the goals to get you there. Can't wait to chat with you.

About Nathaniel
I, like most, began my career a bit overwhelmed by the question "What do you want to do?" It felt insurmountable and a bit like being dropped in the ocean and told to just swim to my favorite island. Through years of introspection and career shifts, I've really dialed in how to navigate those waters. But I had to find who I was first. My goal, both throughout my career AND in coaching has always been "let's get the best version of you, and the rest will follow." Whether you're looking for someone to guide you in finding where you'll thrive, or help narrow in on what that may even mean... I'm happy to chat.
Why do I coach?
Coaching is a must in life, but so often overlooked as a tool. You don't have to navigate uncertainty by yourself. My biggest life lessons have always been by cemented by mentors and coaches along my way. Sometimes we just simply need an outside voice to say "you're doing great, but... have you thought about this?"
