My career has been a deliberate journey of 'closing the circle' between global business performance and social responsibility. From my early days at the United Nations in Geneva to managing €50M portfolios at Google and now leading Global Strategy at Amazon, I have navigated the complexities of the world’s most influential organizations. I specialize in bridging the gap between high-stakes business strategy and purpose-driven leadership. With an academic background in International Law and experience as an MBA Lecturer, I bring a unique blend of analytical rigor and pedagogical clarity to my mentees. Whether it’s mastering Sales & Marketing, navigating Search Funds, or scaling Executive Leadership, I provide the frameworks and 'insider' insights that I’ve used to drive multi-million euro impacts and global compliance roadmaps.
Why do I coach?
I believe that access to the right guidance should not be a matter of luck or location. Coming from a small town where resources and professional networks were limited, I had to build my own path to the global stage through trial, error, and sheer persistence. I know firsthand how transformative it is to have someone open a door or provide a strategic roadmap when you are starting from scratch. Today, my primary driver is impact. While I find purpose in managing global social responsibility at scale, there is a different, more personal fulfillment in helping an individual 'find their path.'
