Welcome to my profile. I'm an experienced private equity lawyer who had a hybrid legal/business role for 16 years at a private equity firm and worked as corporate lawyer in big law firms for 8 years. I bring practical experience and wisdom along with extensive knowledge of the PE industry and transactions, contracts and life as a private equity executive and business lawyer.
